About 4 hours. (in person or by skype )
This is a day for you to invest in yourself. We will look at what unconscious beliefs, fears and what are blocking you on your goals.
Once we clear that out the way we will them open space for the outcome you REALLY want instead. Sessions may include craniosacral therapy, energy healing and coaching combined with specific exercises tailored for you.
